Using your complimentary spoon, mix the scrub prior to application. Dampen hair in the shower and apply a generous amount of your scrub to your scalp. Gently rub into your scalp for a maximum of 30 seconds with your hands, then wash your hair as normal with shampoo. Use 2-3 times a week.
